Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain – 7 Patches are air-activated heat packs designed to deliver soothing warmth to alleviate minor muscular and joint aches in the back and shoulder areas. Each patch gradually warms up to provide consistent heat, helping to decrease stiffness, improve mobility, and relax tense muscles. Directions

How to use:

Ensure the skin is dry and clean over the place of application.
Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and remove the heat patch.
Peel away the paper strip.
Adhere the patch to clothing or underwear over the painful area.

Frequency:

Use as needed, but do not apply more than one patch to the same area in a 24-hour period.

Aftercare:

After use, slowly peel off the heat patch and dispose of it with normal household waste.
